PROJECT CHECK LIST
Our Policy
Checklist for all home project request:
1). All projects requiring a permit must be submitted to Clarkson Valley first, and must be approved prior to review by the trustees.

2) No building is allowed to be over 35' in height.
3) Is it within the building lines?
4) Is it a wall or retaining wall? If so, is it greater than two feet?
5) Is this a request for a fence around a swimming pool?
*NOTE - Fences are not allowed in Westhampton except for around swimming pools.
6) Is it within the building lines, plat lines, set-backs and encroachment guidelines?
7) Is the architectural design and materials of the project in harmony with the home and subdivision in general?
8) Please review all subdivision indentures prior to commencing any project.
